Corrosion resistance and strain resistance:

If the preparation before welding, such as in the welding site preheating, it is easier to succeed, after welding must immediately take the following steps:
1, the elimination of stress-materials in the soft annealing state welding, you must do stress elimination.
2, tempering-the material in the quenching-tempering condition when welding, must do tempering treatment.
In a protected state, heat up to 780 ℃ and then cool to 650 ℃ in the furnace at 10 ℃ per hour and then cool in the air.
After roughing, must be heated to 650 ℃, both hot 2 hours, slowly cooling to 500 ℃, and then cooling in the air.
Preheating Temperature: 600-850 ℃
Quenching temperature: 980-1050 ℃
In the 200-550 ℃ salt bath furnace medium temperature quenching, and then cooling in the air.
Circulating air or atmosphere
The correct grinding technology can avoid cracks and increase tool life. If the material is grinded under low temperature tempering, it becomes very sensitive during grinding, only the soft and open grain grinding wheel can be used and must have good coolant.
The S136 has excellent polishing performance in the condition of hardening and tempering.
1, the use of particle size 180-320 grinding wheel or grinding to do preliminary grinding.
2, using a particle size of 400-800 sandpaper or powder grinding.
3, use diamond paste with granularity 12.6 and 3μm, and polishing fiber mat.
