Case: as shown in the figure above, the product is 25L chemical barrel, the machine model PXB80, and the calculation formula of locking force is as follows:

F1=1000 * S1 * P1 (area units are uniformly converted into meters)

F1 = 1000 * 0.295 * 0.417 * 0.417 = 98 kn

Note: F1: clamping force required by the product, S1: projection area of the product in the direction of opening and closing die, P1: air source pressure (take 0.8mpa)
